Epicondylitis
Epicondylitis is inflammation at one or both epicondyles of the elbow. The forearm muscles attach to the medial and lateral epicondyle of the elbow by tendons. Due to overuse, these muscles and tendons can become inflamed. When inflammation occurs, both the muscles and tendons alike cause excruciating pain.
